The Digital Technology Institute has internal management by dividing the organizational structure and administration with the Director of the Institute as the highest commander, responsible for overall administration. The Deputy Directors of the Institute are responsible for various departments. The heads of offices and personnel within the Institute are responsible for tasks within the Institute. In addition, there are external experts and department heads who are the Institute’s board members. They are responsible for setting policies and strategic plans, proactive operational plans, and providing advice and suggestions to the Director of the Institute in administration.
